Sport Clips Haircuts of Park Towne Village

I would give 0 stars if i could. Granted we did arrived 30 minutes before closing but there was absolutely no customers in the shop and we asked to get my nephews hair cut, she declined because she kept repeating that they close at 6. as if we didnt know. Thats why we arrived before 6. STOOPID. This is not how you handle customers AT ANY TIME. I will not be returning and I dont think any customers should either.

I had just got off work and had a hard time finding the place because it's kinda tucked underneath a Jason's Deli. So I got there late, like less than 30 mins before they closed. I was nervous that the stylist wouldn't want to cut my hair or rush through it. I have a special event tomorrow so I rolled the dice. Let me just say that my stylist Alex met me at the front desk with a smile after I had to call and ask for her help locating the place. She was 6

I have been having haircut at sports clips for very long time. It used to be good. Now it getting worse. My previous one was bad and now it is worse. I will never have an haircut at sports clips and definitely the store. I would have done it better myself than the hair hair stylist at this store. She must be trained before doing haircuts.
