Apartments On 20th

Moved out 3 months ago and still waiting for our deposit back. Called multiple times and they said they will send a new check each time. This place steals money.

We moved to this complex in October of last year, and we have loved it. Rent has increased everywhere in Hickory, but we feel like for the space and the location, we pay a fair price in comparison. It's quiet, and family friendly. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had an issue from purchasing a new washer/dryer set.

Way overpriced. No one can afford to live in these NOT luxurious apartments. ACs don't work well, plumbing and water leaks all the time... lots of insulation issues as electricity bills are outrageous for such a small size. They use all sort of tactics to lock you in a contract. Don't ever pay a holding fee to get the place you're renting. When you think you're safe out of contract, they'll really screw you over with a $400 increase in rent. You're probably better looking elsewhere. Steer far away from here.

I currently live here and I regret this. This place is not somewhere youd want to rent. The leasing office goes back on their word and for the price, its really not all that great. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Would rate -0 if I could
