One North Center

Living here has been fantastic! I've been living here for about two years now and the location alone is enough to seal the deal. The apartments are pretty cheaply built to be honest (as most apartments are nowadays) and the walls are very thin but maintenance/office staff are very quick to address any concerns that we bring up which helps a lot. The community is very friendly and the leasing manager Krystal is super nice. I've lived at some apartments where I didn't renew my lease solely because of how awful the management was so it's nice to have a manager that cares. There are some great community events here and overall everyone is neighborly. The only downside is the prices have gone up a lot in the three years since its been open (about $100/month per year for a two bedroom). Despite this, 5 stars for the overall location, community, and management.

Property Manager very kind, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Property very clean, well maintained and managed - the only property I considered. Amenities superb.

Im a happy resident at One North Center. Krystal has especially been very friendly and accommodating.
