Hawks Landing Luxury Apartments

Was there for 5 years since the first building opened. In that time rent shot up almost 50% and the complex was sold off after a couple years. CONS (all to do with new management) - Tougher to get ahold of building management - Breezeways not power washed often anymore - Fumigation/pest control has become more lax - The Sprinkler Room alarm/beep is left to go on for WEEKS at a time - Repairs are done to a usable degree, but not back to 100% visually PROS: - Location is quiet, awesome access to a walking park and grocery store

I have been here a little over a year n have enjoyed my experience here at Hawks Landing... The Property Manager is extremely helpful n is very prompt on getting back to you... If I had one complaint it would be that there isn't a screen on the sliding screen door on the patio.

Not worth the money. Hands down the loudest apartment Ive ever lived at. If youre on the 3rd floor its not bad, but if its any other you will hear everything, especially every step and its torture.

Autumn provides super outstanding service! She is quick to let you know she is taking care of any concerns or needs you may have. Earlier today I addressed a concern I had and learned that she was already handling the issue. That is being on your game! I am grateful for my community at Hawks Landing and proud to call this my home & my family.
