      image This has to be the worst Truist bank in the country. They never answer the phone and even when you leave a messages that you want to speak to your banking representative (Sherry Banks) concerning your account, you never get a phone call back even after leaving several messages. They are sure friendly when they want you to deposit money in their bank , but their customer service after is abysmal. Horrible customer service. I am closing my account and moving my money to a bank that appreciates my business.

      image Every time I have been in the bank I have not had to wait very long at all everyone in there has been very nice to me and may have gotten my business taken care of within a reasonable amount of time
