My experience with modern Infinite was a great . My 2013 G37x was having some acceleration problems randomly but was not throwing out a check engine alarm. I consulted with other mechanics who were unable to help me . I am capable of doing basic mechanical work myself. To make a long story short I decided to take it to Modern Infinite to see if they could figure it out . Needless to say the staff was on point and professional . They were able to diagnose and fix the problem and I am happy to say my vehicle is running great again. I will be getting more maintenance done on my vehicle with them in the future.

We recently went shopping for a new vehicle and wanted to share our experience with Modern Infiniti of Greensboro. We were looking at several vehicles and unfortunately found that with other dealers some of the old tactics with not being transparent are alive and well. We visited Modern Infiniti of Greensboro and were greeted by Abdul Alkhel. He immediately set the tone of our conversation with a relaxed and no pressure approach. He spent time with us to better understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. After narrowing down our options, we test drove a vehicle they had, and Abdul answered our questions. He did not pressure us in any way to make an immediate purchase. We spent several days considering the car at Modern and went back and drove it a second time. We also spoke with Fred Haumann, the General Manager, who worked diligently to put us in the vehicle of our choice, at a fair price. I cannot stress how friendly and relaxed this process was. After making our decision to purchase from Modern Infiniti, we also met Maria Rivera who was outstanding in taking her time to explain all of our options for completing the purchase. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was more focused on making sure we got the right car, at the right price, with zero pressure. It was truly a refreshing experience. Thank you Abdul, Fred and Maria. Abdul set the tone from the beginning and the entire staff was truly amazing. This shows clearly that this is the way at Modern Infiniti and I am thankful that Modern clearly shows that you can buy a car and it be a pleasant and relaxed experience.

Modern Infinity provided a top notched customer experience. I had some concerns about the inspection process and they were all addressed in a very precise and professional manner. My service advisor was top notch and even sent a video after my appointment to make sure all went well. I felt valued as an Infiniti owner with a car that is now 4 years old. They sent a copy of the work performed via email as well as giving me copies during my visit. Just a wonderful experience.

My service agent, David, was and always is the epidemy of excellence. He definitely has displays a caring nature for his clients and makes you feel valued. The option of utilizing the valet service, definitely added value for me as a customer. You all go above and beyond in my opinion.
