        They do not answer the phone. It doesnt even ring.

        Staff was yelling at patients to either put on a mask or pull theirs up but none of the staff had a mask on when i walked in.

        Supposedly opens at 730am m-f., myself and a group of 7 standing outside the doors until 830 and counting. Waiting on the doors to open, If operating hours change update your website and voice message. Very unprofessional, and inconsiderate.

        Unbelievably long wait. 9:30am appointment and still waiting to get called in at 11:06am average time here is 5+ hours.

        Arrived at 1:46pm on 7-12-21 SLOWER then Molasses. Only came here for a Drug test to. Should NOT take this long. Finally called me back at 3:01 on the dot.
