Terrible. My family has used this Urgent care twice (1 year apart from each other) and both times were bad. The Doctor Kevin Walker is passive, not confident and incompetent to be working in healthcare. He never diagnoses and is hesitant to provide treatment. We have had to ask for test to be ran, physical exams to be done, and basically any treatment plan we need. He does not take initiative. He even ordered the wrong labs from a sample and we have been waiting DAYS for results and the results came back and he didnt even order the tests needed. He also let us walk out with no direction and at an unstable state to which every doctor we have consulted after has said we should have received immediate care. Nice guy but horrible doctor. Would not recommend him or NOVANT for any health care needs for that matter. I have also had issues in the past with Novant mixing up my medical chart with another person with my same name and they put both mine and this other humans medical charting ON THE SAME MYCHART PAGE. This person had access to my entire medical history and test results- AND MY HOME address. HORRIBLE I NEVER write reviews but this is a serious matter considering it is about health and the care for me and my family.

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care, and it was a great experience! No wait time, front end staff was very friendly, Dr was kind and knowledgeable. Id highly recommend this facility!

Got there at 9 am. At 920 they finally took the first patient to the room. I requested help with service several times. Once because the link was never messaged to me. Second because after 3 visits to the same place and having novant as my primary, my insurance was unavailable. Both times the check in person was rude to me. However, each person that came that wasn't Caucasian was serviced with a smile and friendly attitude. She said she would call me in a minute, then sat at the computer for several minutes. Then got up doing other stuff. At this point I just walked out. When you are ill, the last thing you need is attitude and the fact that every other person was more important. Don't recommend going there if the same person that was on duty today is there if you don't appear to have the right ethnic appearance. By the way, I am half native America half Caucasian. But I have pale skin so I didn't qualify.

I arrived here at five minutes to 8 pm. I had two small but deep gashes in my forehead. I was told that I needed stitches but they could not help me. And they referred me to the ER. I guess I dont have a clear understanding of what Urgent Care is? Do they not do stitches? Or was it too close to closing time and they didnt care enough to help me?
