        I got here at 7:30 for an 8:00 delivery, went inside to check in. He told me to back in any of the docks and that he would be with me in a second. It's now 8:55. I had to go inside to ask if I used the bathroom to remind him that I'm outside.. he going to say "I haven't forgotten about you" but of course you did, sir. If I hadn't gone inside, who knows how long I would have been waiting.. smh To the owner: No, I don't want to reach out and talk to you. Let just keep in mind, OTR driver have 11 hrs drive time, and he just killed almost 2 hours of mines and im about to miss my pick up!

        Their drivers are rude, entitled, and plain disrespectful. The office staff is also the same. Never have I been around such a unprofessional place of business. Hope to see them end up like yellow freight
