        I ordered a fridge that was suppose to arrive/delivered between 6/24-6/27. Item arrived at their warehouse 6/24 at 3:22 am in charlotte and then arrive in Greensboro at 9:04 apparently they have to setup a delivery appointment which I never received a call before item arrive to their wear house. I kept calling Friday 6/24 and no one ever picked up. Since I needed fridge delivered no later than 6/27. Where I ordered item from said they would call 24 hours before item arrived which didnt occur. I had to constantly call until I finally spoke with someone who then said they could not schedule appointment that they had to forward my Info to someone else and they would contact me to schedule appointment. Item arrive Friday at 3:/2 am to charlotte NC and I didnt get a call until 6/27 at 1:53 which by then they said they could not deliver item today! I dont understand why it would arrive in charlotte then go to Greensboro and then would have to go back down towards charlotte to be delivered to my destination. Terrible service! Dont use them!
