Terrible customer service and rude. I grabbed the wrong size for a sweater at a national tournament, turned around after paying because I noticed I had the wrong size and asked to replace for the right size. The owner herself was very condescending and irrational. Could not explain how a simple exchange for the right size would hurt her business; instead kept quoting her policy and was visibly enjoying herself as she kept stating her policy of no exchange/ no returns/no exceptions. Complete lack of respect and disregard for customers. Poor business ethics and unworthy of support. We will never shop from this business again.

Bought a sweat shirt for my daughter to surprise her while she was playing. As i paid an walk 15 feet. My wife saw me and ask me what size bought. At that time i bought a large but I was suppose to get a medium. Yeah my error and the policy we big. I didnt even leave the store and just walk 6 cashier up. There are no exception to the rule with the employee. Once you pay thats it. After fighting with the manager who I requested someone higher she said she was it. Didnt even give me a contact to speak with. I left my family there and went to speak who is in charge of the volley ball event. They got a hold of the owner. She was nice in the beginning after an 30 min conversation. Saying if i dont know my daughter size i shouldnt shop for her. Let your wife do the shopping. Owner did exchange the 70.00 hoodie. I know policy is meant to be enforce also made it very clear not to shop there again if I dont like it. I wont i am not saying they wrong but i just feel like wow how strict is that i didnt even leave the store. They did exchange it after a 30 min conversation. I wrote this cause to let them know this policy might need flexibility, but like the owner said its her business, and nobody should tell her how to run it. This company needs improvement pleasing customers if the want better reviews. The prices are expensive which i am sure the rent super expensive so its not the price. Good luck

Horrible company. We are at Nationals in Indy, I realize there are signs plastered everywhere that say "no returns or exchanges." Unfortunately I paid $30 for a t-shirt for my daughter and accidentally bought the wrong one. I went back FOUR MINUTES LATER (no joke) and tried to explain what happened but they refused to let me exchange it. I would have spent more money and left happy but instead I'm out $30 and stuck with a shirt too small for my kid to wear. I get that there are rules, but give me a break! Talk about a business that doesn't care about their customers, I left in tears. P.S. I just learned that this is a business run by all women. That makes me sick, as a single mom I would think that a group of women would be more understanding to a customer who bought the wrong size. I've read your responses to other reviews and your reasons for not taking valid exchanges with the receipts make absolutely no sense, it's bad business and wrong. You can "respectfully" tell me your policy with a polite smile on your face and I still think it's garbage. Your stuff is cute but you're"no exchange" policy is nasty and mean, run by "women" give me a break.
