Great deals here however they have an odd selection of merch Ive been here 3x within 2 weeks shopping.They either have the hoodie n shirt but odd off size pants(that dont match) they need to get those parts together otherwise Im happy with the experience most of the times

I placed an order three different times using three different payment methods. Each time my money was taken, but my order was canceled immediately after I kept having to wait days to get my refund back. I placed the order multiple times as no other store had this particular shoe. If the shoe was unavailable, it should have never been available to purchase. Had my refund been put back onto my card immediately like it was taken off immediately I probably wouldnt be as upset. Just a little disappointed that I dont have my item. But not having my money or my item no thanks. Its sad because I really enjoyed shopping from champs. However, I will never make a future purchase with this store again wont even go browsing when Im in the mall Im good.

Service sucks. No one greets you when you enter, then talk with a tip on their shoulder. I get no one now, and days want to come across as friendly or a pushover, but when you are in an establishment providing a service, at least put on a show
