Went with my sister in law and her children to try on shoes right around 8pm. Store hours on website and Google say they close at 9pm. The kids ran in the store quickly because it was raining and we walked up right behind them. The store associates locked the doors immediately behind the kids and tried to keep both of us adults out, saying they had just closed. Apparently they were observing "winter hours" different than the website listed and closed at 8pm. They argued with us through the door about not allowing us in, despite my sister in laws minor children being locked inside unaccompanied. She had her daughter come unlock the door and she was able to slip in and the store associates ran over and relocked the door and refused to allow me to enter with them. Then they stood at the door to prevent anybody else from unlocking it and made me stand in the rain while the group I came with was inside. We ended up leaving right after but to lock us out from the children was beyond unacceptable!! Will never be shopping here again.

We visited the Friendly Center Store. It was clean and the employees were very helpful!!
