    I went to the airport Fedex and they were able to find a package that was missing since Feb 28th. Great customer service. Did not give up until they found it.

    Would give 0 stars if i could. This facility is awful and has lazy employees. We have a package of perishable medice sitting in this warehouse which was to be delivered 3/15/24 and got delayed. We were told last night we could pick it up at the warehouse. We get there and the guy tells us he can't go find it. Too many packages to sort through. Well how will you find it to get it on a truck Monday. This medicine is going to be bad when we finally get it because no one can bother to do their job .

    Online hours for Saturday indicate 9am - 4pm. Got there at 2pm, and doors were locked. There was a notice tucked to the side that said "remember our hours have changed". Thankfully, there's a drop box, so seemed like I could still get this package out for Monday delivery. Wrong! Not a single item in the materials cabinet. WTH?

    JANET! JANET! JANET! Janet absolutely blew me away with her above, and BEYOND, amazing customer service. Due to logistical errors in communications between the systems the call center uses to track packages and the REAL-TIME systems the delivery centers used there was a HUGE miscommunication about 2 very important packages. Janet empathized with my situation, and worked diligently towards a solution. She did what the entire FedEx call center could not do, and that is assure the safe delivery of my packages. Janet even called several times to follow-up with the situation Janet is the ONLY reason that I will continue to use FedEx as a delivery service. KUDOS to you Janet and THANK YOU from both my patient and I. She absolutely loves her new porcelain veneers

    If I could give a 0 star review I would. I've dealt with this joke of a company for years. My medication for a serious auto immune disease is delivered by this company. For over a year now I have never had my medication delivered on time. I always get it late and because of that there's been multiple times I had too go back to the hospital because I missed my shots with them NEVER delivering my them. Customer service blames one person, or another without a rhym or reason. It almost feels as if they have a white board in the office with the words "Excuse of the day" in bold letters. And then the delivery drives will pull up in my neighborhood, won't even pull in my drive way put a note on the mailbox that says that I missed them them. And then if you go to pick up from the wearhouse everyone acts like your the problem for making someone do what they get paid Update: I went to the wearhouse and spoke with a man named Jared. He was a fantastic help, and took steps in order to make sure this didn't happen in the future. Thank you for your help today sir!
