Why in the world would Amazon use such a pathetic company to ship their goods. Clearly they do not care about the customer..

Terrible. I was promised a delivery on Day 1. Then I was told to call and schedule a delivery time for Day 2 (out of nowhere mind you. With no reason for the lost delivery time). I told them that would put us behind and they wouldn't do anything for me despite the fact that the change was due to something on their end. So i was given a SEVEN HOUR WINDOW within which i would receive the delivery. As if that was an acceptable solution to them. I was supposed to receive a phone call to meet the driver which never occurred so the attempted delivery ended up failing and I called to find out why and I was told i could have it on Day 3. at 6am in the morning. And this was only after a half hour conversation in which i stated plainly that i don't trust the company any longer. They refused to do anything that could get it to me on Day 2. Which meant now our project was forced 2 days behind schedule because of this utterly apathetic delivery company. If you ever want decent service this is not the place to look. You'll do better to drive out and get the item yourself.
