Gillespie Grill

Food was great! First time with this restaurant, second time ordering on the virtual hall site. Gillespie was incredibly faster than the first restaurant that i did. Once I notified that I was there, I was greeted by someone who told me they were almost ready with my food. The food was amazing and the plate was filled!!! I was full all day. The flavor was there, everything was seasoned. I would definitely recommend

Everything on the menu is great! Prices are as well. I get different orders to save for dinner. It's that good!!

Unaware that the establishment was not open on Thursdays I went ahead to the website and placed an order (remember they are NOT open on Thursday). Then I check my account and they money has been deducted from my account and youre not even open. When I get to the restaurant to pick up my food and remember I did NOT know they werent open no one was there. So an employee from a restaurant that also shares a common space with them came out and told me they werent open. I started to explain to her what had happened and she looks at me and says when were not open, we turn the system off so you cant place an order. So youre saying their system still let you place an order and took the money out of your account and theyre NOT even open? YES thats exactly what Im saying. You have lost a long standing customer and they phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages all go UNANSWERED!!!!
