        We needed a water damage evaluation in our kitchen and crawl space. A friend recommended that I call AdvantaClean and I am glad I did. Starting from the employee who answered my call to schedule an appointment, to the technician who came out to do the inspection, and the account manager in charge of my service, they were all ultimate professionals - knowledgeable, polite, and eager to help. The technician gave me a heads up when he was on his way to our house. He arrived on time and asked me about my concern. After patiently listening to my concern, he carefully explained what he will do. He throughly examined every square inch of the kitchen and crawl space and did some testing for moisture. When he finished his inspection, he explained his findings to me and proposed a couple of options I could consider. Within a few hours I got a follow up call from the account manager asking how the inspection went and if I was satisfied with their service. I havent ever encountered such a caring group of professionals who do their jobs exceptionally well and take their customers interests seriously. I strongly recommend you call AdvantaClean for your water damage and mold inspection and restoration needs. They are the best in the business, in my opinion.
