The Inspection Co

This is our first time working with Dean (pre-purchase inspection) and we are not the kind of people who impress easy, but we have been amazed from start to finish. They are responsive from start to finish, offered a list of go-to resources to keep on hand for future use, which, in itself, was of value and above standard service. The day of inspection, they were on time; and, despite having to coordinate several inspection services at once, everything came together without a snag. During inspection more than one person helped conduct! Afterward, we begin receiving report results and communication within hours. Reading the report revealed incredible thoroughness, affording us peace of mind. We also received another report that we were not expecting (similar to car fax but for house), another nice unexpected addition in service. We fully recommend! So thankful to have stumbled across a true gold star, a keeper! Thank you for your amazing service!

Great service - I needed a water test done in an expedited manner and The Inspection Co made it happen. They were on time, friendly and FAST with the results.
