A couple of years ago, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Tonya Jordon when I needed to sell my brother's house. Not being from Siler City, I wasn't sure who I could trust to help me out. Wow, I was blessed to meet her, she just took over, did what she needed to and I didn't have to worry about anything. Tonya Jordan was my realtor. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped us choose paint colors and helped us with updating our townhouse. The townhouse is in an area where senior citizens mostly live. Tonya willingly offered suggestions for the updates. She also personally put out mulch and hung a wreath for a pleasant curb appeal that was very welcoming. We sold the townhouse for asking price. Her kindness and professionalism was delightful.
