Bobby is super nice and really knows what he's doing. He had our AC back up and running in less than an hour and was very affordable.

Very disappointed.  My parents (in their late 70's) air was not working.  He came several hours late, stayed 15 minutes, and charged them over $600.  Never even checked the unit. Added chemicals and left. A/c not working again so I called and was told "I don't ever check it on my first visit out."  What a shame, because if he would have just looked he would have discovered the real problem.   Charged $100 in labor and then had the audacity to charge them $10 for his gas to drive 12 miles.  Told me "gas is so expensive now." (it's really not!)  I called and gave him the opportunity to do the right thing, nope.  Next guy came out and immediately discovered and fixed the real problem...
