Due to the unpredictability of the temps this spring and glitches in my schedule, we had to reschedule the AC maintenance check several times. They were very understanding and patient. William was right on time, very courteous, willing to explain everything and efficient. I will certainly use them in the fall for the check on my heating system. Service: A/C system maintenance

Shamrock Heating and Air service has been great. They are responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. From Shela in the front office to William, Joe, and Bob who have helped us they are a professional team. Our older air-conditioning unit failed us this spring and the replacement part is back ordered due to the Covid shutdown. With William in the lead, they were able to get our old unit working temporarily as we await the replacement part. It took some creative thinking and hard work to make that happen. William has excellent people skills and keeps us informed along the way. So, thank you Shamrock Heating and Air, we heartedly recommend you to anyone needing their AC repaired. Have been very satisfied with the maintenance service for several years. My low rating is because neither technician had been vaccinated for Covid nor wore a mask. If that is important to you, call another company. They have the freedom to choose if they will be vaccinated or wear a mask. I have the freedom to take my business elsewhere. Covid is a serious illness and I believe they should be professional and responsible to ensure sure their customers are safe. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

Excellent young man! He is kind, respectful and very helpful. We are senior citizens and had problems with our unit, and so I called and this young man spent his valuable time to walk us through fixing the problem. He was so pleasant and never asked for$$$. I pray that we have more people like him in the world today
