Disappointed in management the last three days I attempted to eat breakfast they only have three items fruit bread and cereal they have the fruit but all other amenities is non existent you can tell they don't care highly disappointed

So it was ok until I woke up with bite on me I'm not sure what bug bite me but I don't recommend

I just received a phone call from management accusing me of wrecking their room while at work. Even though I have a consistent history booking at this location I was accused of putting a hole in the bathroom door when I never closed the door to even see the damge. I was alone for my visit. Also ridiculed for damaging sheets when I told the front desk I had an accident before leaving. I haven't had an issue with this location until today. I cannot believe how disrespectful and rude management was to a supposed guest and continued customer! I have been using this location for years but it seems as though all good things come to an end. Definitely in need of new management! Follow up. I called back to speak with Cindy (Manager) to try and resolve the issue hoping that it was just a misunderstanding. That was a mistake as I was told by Cindy how I'm supposed to eat my food, how I should bring my own bath cloths with me, and how she did not want to use all of their best supplies on the rooms before the furniture Market comes. So am I a less important guest than people visiting from the furniture market? I don't feel comfortable here anymore. All because of rude management and horrible communication of staff. The place has cleaned up a lot since the past but it doesn't matter if the staff is just Obnoxious and disrespectful to guests.
