AT&T Store

The tall black guy that helped me had a terrible bad breath. I had to look away each time he spoke to me. Please rinse with mouthwash! lol

Lost all service in the big network crash on 2/22/24. Went in the store & Anthony got me up & running in 15 mins. Astounding service considering the magnitude of people affected.

AT&T came out to my apartment to hook up Wi-Fi and then stuck me with the cell phone and told me it would work in a hospital and it didn't then the guy told me he was going to come back and pick up the phone from my house if I and see if I wanted to keep it or not well he never came back he set up his own password I went back to try to give it back to AT&T to say that it doesn't work where I need it to work at my job and then I had to pay a restock fee go figure because they wouldn't take it because I'm not the one that set up the password hate this I'll never order AT&T again

Arrived at this location on a Saturday after 12:00 noon. The doors were locked. I walked around to the front window and the open sign was not on. A few minutes later car arrived, person exited driver side, leaving a person on passenger side. Employee saunters in with lunch in hand.They returned from the back room and asked how can they assist me.I informed them I was looking for an upgrade on my phone and told him the model I was wanting. He condescendingly and out of apparent entitlement asked me why did I want that particular model. I shouldve said what business is it of yours what model I purchase I however did CURTLY respond because Im paying cash for the phone and thats what my limit was for a new phone. I was told I had to go to the Apple store to do that. Even if he had not told me to go to the Apple store I would not have purchased the phone at this location. Definitely wont be returning.
