After Verizon's owner responded (below) to this review. I am still unable to get results from the website bc it isn't available. Verizon has my phone number. If they in fact were truly concerned, the owner should contact me!!! It's nearly impossible to speak to any human at Verizon's customer support. I've already tried all avenues without results. This is why I gave the review in the first place.
Verizon wont replace my phone that caught on fire inside an independent store. It was VERIZON 611 technical support instructed me to remove a permanent battery. It caught on fire.. smoked up the building. The salespersons swiped n onto the floor.. It burned a black hole in the carpet. They wanted me to have Samsung replace the phone.. HOW DISHONEST TO ASK ME TO CONTACT SAMSUNG FOR A REPLACEMENT WHEN IT WAS VERIZONS FAULT.. I lost my contacts. Can't get into my email. They've caused me so much unnecessary stress. I rate them -.01

Verizon Business Store near me in Greensboro, NC was very helpful to me in paying my February Verizon wireless cellphone account number. Ky was particularly helpful to me today.

BE AWARE, if you have elderly loved ones who can be confused Verizon WILL get them to agree to "bonuses" and extra lines that raise their bills and then refuse to let them out when those unethical sales are discovered objected to.
