    On 2/6/24 me and my fianc went in to get new phones. They informed us they didnt have them in stock and ordered them on our account. We received tracking number and was notified once the phones reached the store The store never reached out to us so I reached out to them. They told us they never received the phones.. afterlooking for the shipment for 2 days and me calling multiple times for updates they finally told me the phones had been stolen from their facility even though it said signed for by their company. On top of that they ordered an extra phone on top of that they said they had phones in store now but we couldnt get those because our account was being investigated because of a mistake they made. On top of that is now 20 days later and still not call or anything they said we would receive a call within 48 hrs Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

    DO NOT LET THESE FOOLS TOUCH YOUR ACCOUNT!!! Sydney lied straight to our faces and pushed for my husband to switch from a personal account to a business account and get a promo to upgrade our phones as well. Complete and utter nightmare. Assured my husband credit wouldnt be pulled (it was and dropped 30 points), said we would keep our Hulu, Disney +, etc (we didnt), said our bill would go down to $182 and some change (it didnt), and that our first billed would be just a little higher (try almost TRIPLED). Couldnt get into either online account because they added me as a user instead of an admin (like they swore they took care of). Even the manager here assured us several times that everything was gonna be just fine and no need to worry. Fast forward to yesterdaycant pay the bill online cause we cant get into our online account, call customer service but they just have an automated system that sends you a link telling you to login (but cant ) so I call the store and am told Ill have to come in (double ). Today my service stops working and I get a notification service is disconnected for past due payment. LOL! I decide to stop dealing with these incompetent people altogether and go to the Verizon wireless store in Burlington (Shelton was incredible) and a competent person who actually cared about what he was doing, was able to help me in about 10 minutes get everything that I needed taken care of. Once I got into my online account, I see a balance of over $1,200!!!! Mind you, I just paid the little bit more than usual bill of almost $350! Apparently someone didnt do the trade in or switch the accounts correctly and now EVERYTHING is screwed up and they think theyre gonna charge me $1,200 when they have caused nothing but issues, MADE ME LOSE MONEY WHEN MY SERVICE THAT I USE TO RUN A BUSINESS was disconnected, and when I called this store to tell them all this they dont know where that balance is coming from. If you love yourself even a little, dont go to this store and ABSOLUTELY dont deal with Sydney, which I was told has not even been there 90 days so PLEASE explain why yall are letting her switch or set up anyones account when she CLEARLY has no idea what shes doing! I have my lawyer on standby should they not choose to do the right thing.
