Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ive never ran into any issues with an employee at this location until tonight. Ive already sent an email to customer service regarding the situation that transpired, so I wont share details on this platform, however, I will express that Darryl was very dismissive with me from the start, he cancelled my reservation AFTER I successfully received my keys from the attendant he told me to talk to when he no longer wanted to help me, used his personal cell phone to take a picture of an email on my phone that showed my name and address, refused to give me his name, then provided me with the number to Dish Network customer service after I asked for Enterprise customer service number. Not once did I raise my voice at him or give him a hard time. I simply tried explaining that a supervisor was contacted last week and I was given an okay by them, so I was confused as to why he couldnt reach back out to one today if he had any reservations on giving me a rental. Im extremely dissatisfied with the tone and actions displayed by him and hope that he will be retrained on customer service skills and empathy. I have to rent from this same location again next week, as this is who my employer is partnered with for rentals, and I honestly hope that I do not have to interact with Darryl again when the time comes. One bad apple can truly ruin the outlook on the whole batch, and in this case I can say will not be renting from Enterprise again unless it is mandatory through my employer like in these cases. I will seek services through Avis or Budget, just like he advised me to do.

This atmosphere absolutely sucks! Called the agency 5 times, sent an Uber, and wasnt available! I will never use enterprise ever again! It really pissed me off!!!!

the only comment I have is that the GPS system needs to be cleared for the next driver to use the car. One of the young ladies in the booth was kind enough to do it for me. I would have had no idea how to do that. She put in the address and off I went. However once I headed out to go back to GSO the GPS was again back to the previous setting so I had no GPS and had to keep looking down at my phone to get back to where I was going. Dangerous and unnerving when you have never been to the place. There should be some brief instruction. The people at the desk were great, Enterprise should be responsible for implementing that process

After our flight was delayed, Enterprise stayed open and waited for us to get in. Charlotte provided outstanding service with a smile. Her dedication and light-heartedness will make me a loyal customer for years to come. The vehicle was clean and there were no issues. Thank you!!!
