I would give no stars if I could. I have not been able to locate my wallet after returning my rental. I contacted lost and found and even had a report filed the same day to check the vehicle for my wallet. The following day I was Not only told they will not go check, i was told by Tawanda from the Greensboro location that they cannot check until I come there. Even though I've already submitted a report. she will not tell me that if I come there, whether the vehicle will even be there or if they have found anything. She told me they will not even check unless I go there and show my ID. (Which I do not have) I am so disgusted and troubled honestly. Very ghetto way to operate. I will be filing reports because this is ridiculous. I would give no stars for the ridiculous excuse for lazy, unaccountable, and useless work they seem to do. Never trust them again

The staff is the absolute worst. I have never experienced such strange behavior. They really need to either retrain everyone or get all new people. Manager was terrible and had zero solutions.

No long wait to pick up the rental. Friendly service at the desk. Really nice compact SUV. Prices are higher than other car rental companies but sometimes cheaper isn't better.
