        After reading the reviews, I'm guessing that Ashley wasn't working when everyone else rented their cars. Ashley was professional, nice, and even recommended a restaurant I should visit during my trip to Charleston (btw she was right Hannibal's Kitchen was DeeeeLish).

        Absolutely garbage customer service. All employees in this location are unprofessional. Ashley made a snarky comment to my sister on affordability. We dont need sass when spending 1.5 hours in your office trying to secure a rental car. Do you want us to come back?

        Unbelievable. No keys to cars and could be an 1.5 hour wait. I am preferred and that clearly means nothing to them here at Greensburg airport. Dozen of people waiting for cars. Don't rent a car from Avis here. Others waiting say it's like this everytime they come here. Horrible service.
