        Would give a minus 10 if possible. Dont answer phone and waiting over 4 weeks for replacement credit card after my card was hacked. Total failure!!!!!! Go any where but here. Good bye Truist!!!!!

        Manager is great but you can never see him because he is not there or with customers. I tried to get in front of him for three weeks with no success. The have no staff there so expect to wail 30 min. to stand in line or in the drive thru. Truist needs to step it up!

        The only reason I bank with Truist is because of James Williams. By far he is the only reason Truist is still afloat. I give Mr Williams 5 stars. Truist bank itself 1 star.
