PNC Bank

This "bank" is a hoax. They don't do any type of money exchange. Tried at cash a check here from PNC and they sent me 20 mins away.

Someone used my identity to open an account at this branch. Ive been trying to call for 2 days and the phone just rings and rings. Ive let it ring up to 45 minutes. Awful.

Refused to break change for me and the lady thats suppose to greet guest just looked at me like I was stupid. One of their guest directed me to Wells Fargo and said they would do it. What happened to businesses looking out for other businesses?

I usually come here to get a lot of things done. I have a busy morning this morning and time crunch to get the stuff I need so I can go to new apartment. I was told to wait until the employee that could do cashiers check to get out of meetings before I was taken care of a customer. This is very unprofessional and disappointing since I usually dont have issues but I have been set back today. Also after being told to basically expel more gas to go to another location after waiting 40minutes. It doesnt make since to inconvenience a customer twice when you guys are open and able. When were in meetings it happens paid during lunch or before open, if we have meetings during work hours we pause to take care of customer first.they were literally talking about Cheesecake Factory which is not work related, ridiculous.
