Truist

This branch, and specifically the "Manager", Cat, is the reason why after many years as a happy BB&T customer and now a Truist customer, I am going to be closing both of my business checking accounts. She is incredibly rude, and was unwilling to notarize a title for me since I was not the seller (the seller was with me, and was my customer). She stated that it was company policy, which it MOST CERTAINLY NOT. I do this all the time at my local branch, and literally every other branch I've ever visited. If Truist will not support me conducting my business at their branch, I will certainly not be continuing to give them mine. Truist would do well to fire Cat immediately, and get their act together!

If their business reflects their customer service, Truist is gone. Pretty much all banking is impersonal today but Truist has taken it to a new low. The waits for anything other than the most basic services are unbelievably long. And no one cares

No longer have lollipops. For some mothers thats the only peace they get during the day when they go to the bank. Shame how little they care about their customers.
