        I stopped by this branch to get a needed document for an estate account which I am the executor for. The banker who was available, Pie, was rude from the start. She did not listen to what I asked for and I had to repeat myself multiple times. She got on the phone with someone from the home office, and refused to give me the documentation that is required by the Clerk of Court for Guilford County. She determined I was not allowed to have it, even though I showed proof that I was the executor. She was uncooperative and made no effort to do her job. I would not recommend doing any business at this location.
