Tried to add my wife to all my bank accounts. Two different times Jeannette at the Battleground Avenue branch acted like we were a bother on her time until she realized we were long term customers. Then she attempted to shame my wife for having two different names in the Wells Fargo computer system! Both times she claimed it was not possible to add my wife to my accounts without corporate assistance and approval, even wanting a third meeting with her to endure even more of her pompous attitude. We visited another branch where a personal banker handled this task with competence and politeness in less than an hour. It was clear that Jeannette didn't have the technical knowledge required to assist us and was bluffing her way through at our expense. It is obvious she hasn't keep up with her computer skills.

The drive through window is the slowest in the State. You should have your best person on the window. People use the drive thru because they want fast expert service. Here count on sitting at least 10 mins. I'm serious.
