I could not be happier with the attention to detail in helping my brother with care and rehab. The entire staff works extra hard to do a great job and they care about the patients. I am very thankful to have him there. I am blessed he is doing so well. This is due to the excellent care he has received. Thanks to everyone at the Ivy.

IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, do not send your loved one here!!!! Overview: Short-staffed, dirty rooms, roaches, uncaring staff members, deceiving reviews on Google made by employees. I want to start out my review by pointing out that most of the other reviews that are decent come from EMPLOYEES of The Ivy - not actual patients. Please do not be deceived by this. My grandmother was unfortunately discharged to The Ivy for rehabilitation after a short stay at the hospital and ended up passing away in their care a few weeks later. I visited on multiple occasions for a minimum of two hours at a time and during each visit, no nurse came in to her room to check in on her. She was a dementia patient and a fall risk. The one time I saw a nurse even remotely check in was one nurse briefly peeking in her door while simultaneously on the phone. There was only one nurse that gave me any sort of confidence that she was being taken care of. The rooms are outdated and often unkempt: messy shared restrooms (when we alerted the nurse on duty that the restroom was dirty she had an attitude and said that was a maintenance issue and didnt seem to want to check on it), the wood on the sinks rotting away and falling apart, nasty smells, etc. On the day my grandmother passed away, we found multiple (thankfully dead) roaches in her room. We were told my grandmother would not eat or drink or participate in rehab therapy and were recommended to place her in hospice. When we came in to visit before allowing hospice to take over, my grandmother was drinking and eating like she was starving to death. I would never ever allow another loved one to stay in this place if I had the chance. The only reason she remained there for the few weeks that she was there was because there were no open spots anywhere else that were covered by her insurance and we could not afford to pay out of pocket. Additionally, this place continued to lose my grandmothers clothes in the laundry. We spent hundreds of dollars on comfortable clothes and night gowns for my grandmother to wear during her visit. All but a few of her items were lost in the laundry. WHAT IS THE POINT IN OFFERING LAUNDRY IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE OR STEAL YOUR PATIENTS CLOTHES. Even when we started taking her clothes home to do her laundry ourselves, items would still find a way to end up missing. Yes, her name was written inside each article of clothing left for her. Please do not trust the Google reviews of this place and DO THOROUGH RESEARCH BEFORE CHOOSING THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE TO BE DISCHARGED TO.

First time Ive been there. It was last Monday 1/8, I took my grandson. He had a blast. My problem was how messy the place was. It was obvious there was no clean up, or sweeping from the weekend.

I absolutely love this facility. The staff are authentic, warm, caring, and passionate. Im in aww with their connection to the patients and identifying their needs. Im happy to walk through the doors of this facility and even more grateful of the care Im able to witness in reference to the patients.

The Ivy is not the prettiest facility but its clean and more importantly the staff is AMAZING! My mother was here for a few days during the end stage of Alzheimers, I couldnt ask for a more compassionate, caring staff to my mom and myself. The nurses made sure my mom was comfortable, they checked on her frequently and the CNAs treated her with respect and was so very attentive to her. I cant express my gratitude toward EVERYONE HERE. They made a difficult time much easier!
