The staff at Peak made my grandmothers stay a positive experience and provided us with comfort knowing she was safe in their care. Everyone was helpful, welcoming, and pleasant to work with through each step of the journey. Great facility for both rehab and long-term care.

HORRIBLE . Loved ones not being cared for properly, never have adequate staff . Management full of incompetent people . Stay away from here theyll do anything or tell false information to please family members or get agency in trouble due to the shortcomings of this facility . Truly a dump .

I am a hospice nurse and worked a shift to help out the staff. I received a pt from the hospital who was clearly actively dying. I advocated for the pt to get comfort meds on board, notified the family, had the end of life conversation, and was told by staff that I needed to stop being a hospice nurse on their floor. I have been deemed as a do not return nurse. Such a shame bc I was probably the hardest working agency nurse they had help them.

I'm proud to be apart of Peak. The love and companion that is shown daily melts my heart. The team has great relationship with residents and families. Therapy team is amazing and has been providing outstanding rehab to help get residents back into their homes and community. We work hard to assure our residents are being provided the best care, treatment and therapy. Peak Gastonia Team Rocks!!!!
