I love coming to this branch! Staff are always super helpful and kind. I love that I can place requests and can receive texts about pickups and due dates.

The library system in Gaston County, NC, is very responsive to requests. The Union Road branch has the best librarians, though. I love this library.

Will never ever check out another book from here again. How do you give people books and they loose it. Then the system says you owe books. when you clearly turned it in
