Stop at this location to pick Tylenol for my wife. Go to the shelf not knowing that its locked up. Go to the front to get someone to unlock it so I can purchase only to be ignored like Im not standing there. I get the TWO people thats at the register attention ONLY to be told Ill be helped after the mess around with Broke self check out register. I think a paying customer standing in front of you should be priority over a broke register. Atleast thats how I treat my paying customers at my business. Want be stopping at this location for awhile and thats sad seeing as Im literally 3 minutes from this CVS.

Every. Single. Time. I deal with this pharmacy, there is an issue. My boyfriend just had major surgery and frequent adjustments to medication, as well as new medications, are being called in. Not once have the pharmacy staff gotten it right, no matter how detailed and direct the doctor is when calling things in. It would be an understandable issue, if not for the attitude of the staff that works at the pharmacy. They are defensive and unhelpful. When giving explanations, the answers are always different depending on when or who you ask, which makes it harder to trust what theyre saying. The answer would be the same if they werent just giving excuses. As soon as he is feeling better, he is changing the pharmacy & never looking back!

I was excited to hear minute clinics offer yearly wellness benefit check-ups with our insurance, which saves me a long drive to Charlotte. We booked my appointment online, so this would be a smooth process. With me being a person of time, I arrived at exactly at 8:30 am, and then the lady who worked at the clinic came 4 minutes after which was OK. Since my appointment time was not until 8:40 am. So, she took me back to the room, and I had no clue I was missing a form. She was not the most friendly in relying that to me, but that's ok. I was still able to keep my appointment after getting the information I needed from my husband. Sometimes convenients are not always great. This location definitely needs to work on good customer service and time management.

This store has gone completely down hill. I don't get not answering the phones. You are a business and you are supposed to be answering the phones. I came to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist on duty was on the phone and completely waved me off as if it was no big deal. Used to you could be in and out of the drive through but not now. It takes a minimum of 15-20 mins to go through the drive through now. Its most definitely time to switch pharmacies.
