I have been floored by the customer service that I have received at Carolina Renovation Warehouse in Gastonia. Roxy what is the absolute best to work with! She truly cared about helping me find product I needed and a deal. She spent much more time than I expected working for me to contact the stores, arrange transportation. She is truly committed to her job and went above and beyond. I would go to her anytime in the future for appliance or tile needs!

I am a repeat customer of Carolina Renovation Warehouse in Gastonia. We initially worked with them in fall 2023 for white shaker cabinets. Upfront Chelsea told me that she could be any ones price on these cabinets and she was correct! This was by far the most cost-effective, and the quality is definitely not compromised! I worked with both Chelsea and Roxy to have these ordered, paid over the phone, delivered directly to my house without any difficulties. It was a seamless process, and I was a static with the cabinets. They are beautiful quality and sturdiness. I have gone onto order tile and washer and dryer from this location. They are a pleasure to work with!
