They can't count money correctly. They can't count rolls of coins correctly. How do you get to be in charge of money and can't count change? Everyone here needs a lesson in customer service and a grade school math skills refresh she told me I was holding up the line..... and there was no one in line behind me..... she just can't count.

Make sure if youre opening an account or have specific questions you dont rely on answers from Sulmy Tello (banker). I would specifically talk to the branch manager. After talking to her and getting the answers we wanted/needed. It has now came full circle everything she said was incorrect and we immediately closed our account. Although super nice the bank manager was unable to assist in the matter stating his hands are tied and he has no way to make overrides. If you are one that is wanting funds same day or at least for the bank to call the other institution to confirm funds are available- DONT BANK HERE. Im all for people making mistakes or miscommunication but this banker didnt even acknowledge the concern. Although she didnt recognize me, she suddenly recalled our in person conversation from 2 months ago.
