My husband and I went to several places prior ending up at Precision Tune. One place told us they were backed up and could not diagnose the car, the other said, My technician hates diagnosing O2 sensors and working on catalytic converters.
My husband said from the moment he walked through the door, he was greeted with a smile and professionalism by Mr. Kevin Strickland. Mr. Strickland said they would take the car in and diagnose the issue and call us back. Within a few hours, Mr. Strickland called with the issue and the exact price quote. We told him to go ahead and fix the car. Mr. Strickland kept my husband informed of the process.
When the car was completed, I went to pick up the car, and Mr. Strickland greeted me and within a few moments , I paid the exact amount quoted and left an extremely happy customer. We have 5 cars total, and will bring our cars to Precision Tune from now on. Thank you so much, Mr. Strickland! You were great! See you soon!

The receptionist working the front who is a male has a terrible attitude. No customer service skills whatsoever. If this is how you wake up in the morning...miserable, then quit and find a new job. I will never be going back here as they ask for information that is not asked at other shops. I believe the name is J.Weaver. Please send him to some customer service classes.
