Worst customer service at the auto service center. When we called they put you on hold & then leave & go to lunch, while youre still on hold. Unacceptable when you have just a 10 second question. If you bring your oil will they change it for you??? I got my answer after calling the MAIN Walmart super center. However, they wont get my business. Ridiculous CS. If your too busy & short of staff your better off not answering the phone. Good job auto center management Mr. Kincaid or however you say your name. Train your employees better customer service & you wont keep losing business.

So incredibly rude. I'd rather pay double the price somewhere else than deal with these individuals.

If I could rate this location with "0" stars, I would. On Sept 30th, I went to get 2 new tires with a plan to buy 2 others a little later. The tires to replace had a hole in each one--one even had a chunk of tire missing (not sure how that happened). A serviceman called about 30-45 min after drop-off and stated that the wheel lock key was missing. (I'd just had brakes done the night before and personally witnessed the key being placed back into the glove box.) I told him to look again and to look again. Then I had the brakes mechanic call and finally they got it. Cool. The next call I receive (about another 30-45 min later), the serviceman said that his manager wanted to know which 2 tires I wanted replaced because they all looked new. (WHAT?!?!?!!) "All four were purchased (elsewhere) three years ago! There are 2 with holes in them and you're telling me they look new? Are you looking at the right car?? Aren't you guys the professionals or experts or something? Let me come up there because clearly, your manager must be clueless!" My oldest son and I went up there and by the time we got there, supposedly the work was done. I still wasn't satisfied. Why did they put the new tires on the back and leave the old ones on the front? I digress. Here we are, 6 weeks later and trying to replace the other 2 tires. Guess what? No wheel lock key in sight. And guess what else? Walmart replaced my wheel locks with another type/brand and we don't have that key either. AND, there was a lug nut missing from one of the back tires....and one of the same in the bag I keep in my glovebox for the wheel lock key! (WTH?!?!?!!!) I am frustrated to tears right now while we are STILL looking for an urgent solution. What's the urgency? Of course one of the front tires has gone flat. SMH! Word of strong advice: DO NOT GO TO GARNER TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED! EVER! PERIOD!
