If your applying to this apartment please try and verify the qualifications. I thought I did but I guess leasing consultants at this office can just tell you the wrong thing. I specifically asked if you need bank statements because I was starting a new job, she said no we do not require any bank statements what so ever. Well they did require bank statements i was forced to upload them. And the application process was absolutely hell. $80 down the drain. The service they used required my employer to have a "certain email address" she did not have that so I had to call my employer and make her send an email stating to them that I work for her. That is after I already uploaded the offer letter. So I se t two confirmations in. The software they used is so slow and kept glitching out it literally took me 2 hours just to get everything in order. I legit was denied within 1 hour. I don't like when I specifically call to confirm information and then someone tells me the wrong thing and then I get denied. I do not have money to be throwing away.

I have to start by saying Abberly Place is a top tier community and is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Being a new tenant the response from the office is stellar my leasing consultant Jennifer L. is a pure angel very professional, kind very knowledgeable. The manger Lauren is awesome too! Let me just throw in the entire office staff they all are so nice and are always avail which is a plus! Abberly Place is the place to move too!

This place is very beautiful compared to the other apartments I toured. 1st my leasing agent Jenn is fantastic and very knowledgeable about this community. She went above and beyond with my ondecisive self I didn't know what I wanted. The whole staff including property manager Lauren are all great and polite. So far I my maintenance requests have been handle shout out to the maintenance team . So far I been here 3 days lol a bit loud upstairs since I'm in a second floor but what can you say if you do not want to hear nothing go live in a house in the middle of a corn field. Jennifer and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful during the application/move-in process. The apartments are beautiful, tons of floorplans to choose from, competitive rent, tons of amenities, and are super convienent to stores, restaurants, and Lake Benson Park! I'm super happy to be moving in!
