Terrible experience. I placed an order online for a tire on march 27th. I received an email and text it was ready for pickup on the 30th. In that email it said to pick it up by april 11th. I went in on the 4th to pick it up, only to find out the order was cancelled. I received no notice of this whatsoever!! I received 2 subsequent emails on the 31st, and 2nd reminding me my order was ready for pickup and they all said I had until april 11th to pick them up. The clerk helping me didn't have a good reason why, and the exact tire I ordered was in fact there still so it wasn't out of stock or anything. I just purchased it anyways (if I didn't need it I would have just left). I called the walmart support line after, then representative also had no explanation for why the order was cancelled.
This will be the last time I go to walmart for tires. the price is good but this kind of behavior is not worth it. If you tell me I can pick it up by X day, DON'T CANCEL THE ORDER WELL BEFORE THAT WITH NO NOTICE OR GOOD REASON!!!
You're better off going literally anywhere else if this is how they treat customers. They got my money in the end, so why would they care.

Ive had my tires done here, at least twice. Ive also came here for rotations, and pay The extra to get rotations for the life of the tire. When I dropped it off today, they said that they cannot lift my car due to the side steps. I Told him I had my tires done here twice and came here for rotations several times. They said that they are not sure how theyll did it all the other times but they were probably not supposed to. I asked for a refund on the extra money I spent on the rotations originally because they were telling me now they cant even rotate my tires. They said i bought them 2 years ago and it was too long ago and they could not give me a refund. They also said they cannot provide me with the service I paid for or a refund for what I paid for. I told him if the side steps were in their way, they could take them off and throw them away. They said they couldnt do that either I asked for battery, they said they were missing a tool to do batteries. The manager said they could not help me in anyway, complete waste of time.

Took my 2019 ford f150 there for oil change 2 weeks later my truck starts making ticking sound then I noticed oil dripping from my truck technical forgot to put my oil fill cap back on my engine

The gentleman that answered the phone had no idea what he was doing and gave me the wrong quote then had the wrong size. The next guy that got on the phone was helpful but the quote went up 250$
