This location's customer service is great; this is not the closest auto store to my house but I will drive out of my way just for the service. As soon as I parked an employee named Donald was making his way inside greeted me and opened the door, he then proceeded to look up exactly what i needed, reassured that they would fit before ringing me up, and then walked outside and installed my wipers without being asked. Glad to see that excellent customer service still exists.

Great experience tonight with Luke! Battery conked out on me yesterday, and so I came for a battery test. After identifying the battery was bad, he helped me use my warranty to replace the battery. Then he expertly replaced it. I appreciated the service and his willingness to get the job done but I especially appreciated the care he took in doing it right, including fiddling with the temperamental bracket that keeps the battery in place. Next level customer service from Luke tonight :) You know Ill be back soon!

Donald was a big help! He made the overall experience of applying new windshield wipers so easy! I would highly recommend him to other customers! Very nice and super professional!

Donald went above and beyond to help me with my wipers. It was next to impossible to get them in, but he didnt give up. Most people would have quit on me, but I left with fresh wipers!
