Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hendersonville Flat Rock

This hotel Fairfield inn & suites in Flatrock NC was rude to a North Carolina public employee. None of the 300,000 NC public employees or their families will stay at this hotel until a written apology is sent to that NC employee. I tried to resolve the issue but was ignored. I was over charged for a room by $575.00. I tried to resolve that issue and get my funds back but the staffs coldness about my issue that I was not at fault escalated into an argument. I did eventually get my funds back but was disappointed it took me getting to an agrument to get someone to pay attention. When I checked of the hotel I went and apologize for arguing even thought I was not at fault and I thought that was the end of the that situation, but then many months later I found out I had been baned or put on a list. I did nothing but stand up for myself and if that's how you treat customers then I advise others not to stay at this hotel and that is my right. I've since stayed at 9 other Fairfield Inn & suites around North Carolina since then and guess what no bans why because I am a decent person. I will stand up for myself when I have to but ban me that's very unfair.

The only problem I had was the sheets don't stay on the bed.

We were driving from Nashville to Charlotte and needed a place to stay overnight. This is a very clean hotel and good service.

Stayed here last week. Very nice facility and staff. Hotel seems like it's new. Continental breakfast bar had a lot of options.
