I have recently moved from GA to NC and I had no idea the huge difference in healthcare. I had Kaiser Permanente in GA and I have Medicaid in NC due to my health conditions. So for the first time since I was 16 yo (26 years) my health has caused me to be unemployed. Therefore, I NEEDED assistance from the government and have Healthy Blue. Other doctors in NC treated me the worst ever but I will not call any names. I will say I was strung along for two months scheduled for several telehealth and in office visits with no progress at all. No treatment for the pain and discomfort I was pleading for help with at all. Then was told to find my own referrals and call them and give them the info which was just unsatisfactory after waiting for months. This experience has opened my eyes to the other side of the coin as Ive never experienced this side of the coin. Ive always had employer sponsored health insurance like Kaiser (GA) and BCBS(NC). However, Dr. Tyler Dials bedside manner is A-MAZ-ING. I must say I have only had one appointment but he was so detailed and thorough that it was a breath of fresh air. I just appreciate how he: 1) listened to all of my concerns and 2) provided a resolution to help with my current pain in office while Im waiting on the referrals 3) completed referrals while I was still in my visit. 4) Provided reasonable expectations on what I should expect going forward. I am having to restart the new patient process after waiting for 2 months with a different office who dropped the ball several times. I pray this is the beginning to diagnosis, treatment, and just a better quality of life. Nobody wants to live life like this everyday and he treated me like a valued patient. These two months have been terribly painful and depressing but Im so glad a choose this clinic and they are in network with Medicaid. Thank you and I will update for anyone who cares after my next appointment.

Always quick in and out if you have an appointment even as a walk in I was seen pretty quick.

Ive always have the best experiences at Precision Health. The staff are all very kind and efficient with quality care! My PA, Mr. Tyler Dial, treated me with such care like I was family. Highly impressed with my experience and their reasonable wait time, attentive service, and level of care. Highly recommend Precision for any of your healthcare needs!
