    I was not handled with care at all. The labs "close" at 4:30 sorry we can't help you is all I got. They also don't see children under 2.

    So I went recently and was charged as an ER visit. I called the office and the location manager was beyond helpful! She called me with updates and did what she could to get my bill reprocessed. Even though it started out as a rocky situation, the manager was a big help, polite, and understanding. Thank you!

    Very unprofessional here and not helpful at all. I was asked what I wanted them to do for me in a very unprofessional way after telling them what was going on. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. The only good service I received was from the front desk lady and a nurse. Didnt even get visited by the doctor.

    Couldn't get in the door because doctors/employees were too busy chit chatting in the way and wouldn't let us in. Waited a long time for the front desk clerk to emerge only for her to never get off of her cell phone, smelling intensely like cigarettes. I don't know if she was just too busy with her personal conversation or if she just didn't feel like helping us. However, she then told us that they didn't cover my daughter's medicaid plan and that it would be $250 just to be seen. Which I later found out from FastMed, is a lie seeing as it's part of the Cape Fear Valley health system. Would not recommend.

    Hello I took my son here to be checked out because he had a congested cough . As soon as I arrived and was getting my son out the car and putting my son in stroller this was at 6:15 they close at 7pm the front front desk concierge came outside and ask me do I have someone to watch my son mind you he is the one who is sick and i told her that then she proceeded to ask me his age in the PARKING LOT . Once we got in she took us to the lady who process the paperwork and insurance and this lady was was very nice even if she didnt appreciate me coming right before closing she didnt show it and was respectful towards me . After the paperwork we sat waiting for about 10 mins then triage call us and automatically I can tell the man was annoyed I came so late which I only did because I had no transportation until that time anyways he took my son weight and height and blood pressure. He ask basic questions then asked me why did I decide to come this late I thought he was talking about my son condition but he was talking about the time I told him I have no transportation this the only time I did he ask do you have a car do you drive then he ask what do I do for a living I answer all his questions even told him Im a sahm he said must be military . Once I got to the back in the room the doctors and nurses check my son it was very rushed but I I understand they was ready to go home but the physician came in rushed me to take my child out his stroller . Snatch my child ipad out his hand . Told me to hold him down to check his throat and ears . The other nurse that came and check him for Covid was nice my child was very uncomfortable and screaming over the most basic check up because it was rushed and unprofessional . I have never had to hold my child legs and arms down and squeeze his mouth at his primary physician maybe thats is because they had patience and cared about their 2 year old patient. Moral of the story is I will never come back here i understand anyone frustration with last minute patients and is just ready to go home But this was the only time I was available to come And I felt very unwelcome . It was also 2 other patients there I wonder did they get the same treatment.
