Best Laces Out

I'm all for supporting black business. So I go in this spot because I wanted to sell some Jordan Retro 4s that I bought the wrong size. The van outside the store said "we buy shoes." I go in there and ask dude with the locs about it, I didn't get a hello, no greeting, no nothing. He didn't even raise his head to look at me. He actually look like he was pissed off for having to being at work. He said the business ain't booming like it use to. Maybe if he change his attitude h'ell get the blessing he deserves if his business booming again. Customer service was straight TRASH!!

I was about to turn my shoes into gym shoes because they was getting that bad, then i seen his page on instagram and decided to try it out best decision Ive made!! He brought them back to life!! & his customer service was amazing. I definitely found my permanent shoe restoration spot.

First off, I was initially caught of guard that Fayetteville (of all places) has a sneaker shop and restoration service like "Best Laces Out". Have to share a quick note about them. Took my old Air Jordan XI Concords there the soles on these shoes have been yellowed to death. These were released in 2000; the first batch of retros of the XIs. Wasn't expecting miracles, just hoping to give them a bit of life. The outcome? Absolutely impressive. Like I mentioned, the soles were pretty caked, and honestly, the shoe was falling apart a bit. But the restoration was executed beyond expectations. The yellowing? Practically gone. For 24-year-old shoes, they look professionally and authentically restored with a new life to them. There is a "patina" to this restoration that gives it charm. The owner of "Best Laces Out" is clearly passionate about what he does. It shows in the work, not in flashy promises or over-the-top sales pitches. Just genuine care for sneakers. They will get my business again on a pair of 2000 Jordan Masterpieces.

Joe is not a shoe cleaner he is a shoe doctor. He brought my kicks back to life! Reasonable price, quick turnaround. Impeccable customer service. Would definitely recommend.
