I couldnt have gotten a better professional to help with my roof. Nicholas Khan was nothing short of amazing yesterday. He even tarped my roof (which really needed it from preventing more interior damage). This man was professional, delivered excellent customer service (to me and my insurance company), was on time, and very knowledgeable about his line of work. The Roof Mentors were contacted to evaluate our roof shingles because we had a roof leak suddenly appear above our master bedroom. A representative was able to come to our home within a couple of days of us contacting the company. He took a lot of photos and helped us with our claim submission to our home insurance company. We were able to get new roof shingles installed within 3 weeks of our initial contact with The Roof Mentors. The installation crew and supervisor were very friendly and professional. They performed two sweeps of the yard for nails and to haul away the excess roofing material. The Roof Mentors has also gone above and beyond in helping us to get our home insurance company to pay for the entire roof repair, (which they are resisting). 5 roofing company! Shawn on the sales team was great from the beginning to end. My insurance company did not want to replace my roof and only wanted to repair it but Shawn and the Roof Mentors team provided me with the resources needed to fight the claim and finally get it approved. My roof looks great now! Also shout out to the project manager Camilo he was great throughout the roof installation as well.
