John and his crew are wonderful. He listened to our concerns about our roof and shingles and surpassed our expectations. His crew came on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They all take pride in their work and John is honest and gives a quote that is right on track. What a great experience I had with Premier Builders! Five years ago I had a few shingles replaced by John. He's been in the business for a long time and still works as hard as his younger team mates. I know this because he cut our conversation short since he was hard at work. But no worries, all questions were answered by Robin. She also knows the business, well. she constantly kept me informed of the whole process when I needed to have my roof redone. I knew just who to call when the time came. This team is amazing! Every experience we've had with John and his crew has been above and beyond expectations. We've dealt with many repair companies and it's always been such a hassle trying to get ahold of people and getting what you want from the service, and we've always been left with a mess to clean up after.... weve been through so many nightmare repairs here, Premier Builders Roof Specialists on the other hand - we've never had such amazing service AND results! AND they cleaned up after themselves as well as some of our mess! We will never go to another company for any of the services they provide. We've had to call them several times this past year for different damages from the storms, including a whole new roof this past week. The speed and efficiency left my husband and I both in shock, not to mention everybody is so friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about this company!!!
